Roots Adolescent Renewal Ranch is a 90-day, residential dual diagnosis treatment center in Argyle TX, with a population focus of females ages 13-17. We are dedicated to assessing and treating the whole child - biologically, psychologically, socially and spiritually. We believe that a comprehensive treatment approach to mental health and substance use, in which our clients and team dig much deeper than the presenting symptoms, produces the most effective and long-lasting results. Our individualized program includes a myriad of assessments, individual and group dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), SMART recovery substance use curriculum, trauma therapy, topic-specific group therapy, life skills, outdoor and wilderness experience, art therapy, music therapy, equine therapy, narrative therapy, family therapy, education and remote learning, and many other impactful components. We strongly believe that our relationship-centered approach (rather than punitive), immersive family systems element, future-focused education program, and extensive alumni program are significant pieces necessary in preparing our clients for renewal and lifelong recovery.
