Carrie M. Mintz, MD

Medical Director
Harris House Foundation

Dr. Mintz is a psychiatrist and the current Medical Director of the Harris House Foundation, a non-profit substance use disorder treatment program in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Mintz completed her medical school and psychiatry residency training at Washington University School of Medicine (WUSM), and is board certified in both psychiatry and addiction medicine. Prior to joining the Harris House Foundation, Dr. Mintz served as an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at WUSM where she conducted research on improving implementation of evidence-based treatments for persons with substance use disorders. Most recently, her research was supported by a K08 career development award from the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism.
