Initiating patients on Buprenorphine can be challenging due to risks of adverse results (ie. precipitated withdrawal). This is further complicated by the diversity of techniques for Buprenorphine induction coupled with challenges with accessing inpatient care. We aim to demonstrate the effectiveness of Macro-dosing in an outpatient setting which will allow an increased ease to accessing life saving medical treatment.

have a better understanding of ongoing treatment and management of Opioid Use Disorder through virtual care.
recognize that macro-dosing Buprenorphine is an effective and safe method for initiating patients in outpatient setting.
