This session seeks to provide key information about managing the regulatory, financial, clinical, and community relations issues critical to the success of a mobile MAT program. The presenters will draw on their experience working closely with SAMHSA, the DEA, the single-state authority for substance use disorder in Illinois and local community groups to operate a mobile MAT unit aimed at serving communities on Chicago’s West side most impacted by the opioid crisis.
