Kelsey Granger, MHS, is a Specialist in the Environmental Health Program at the Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL). Kelsey's primary area of focus is non-fatal overdose biosurveillance. Kelsey serves as staff liaison to the Overdose Biosurveillance Task Force (OBTF), which is currently focused on developing laboratory resources to address and enhance polysubstance overdose biosurveillance.
