Charlotte VanCleve is a PMHNP and received her Master of Nursing at Vanderbilt University. She has worked at Fora Health as a PMHNP since 2019, working in outpatient and residential substance use care. She teaches learners from Vanderbilt and OHSU, including PMHNP nursing students, Addiction Fellows, and Addiction Psychiatry Fellows. Charlotte started working at Fora (formerly known as DePaul Treatment Centers) at the front desk in 2014, and worked nights in withdrawal management as a tech while working on nursing pre-requisites before eventually attending graduate school. Charlotte loves going on hikes with her dog, Professor Biscuit.
