Director of Addiction Psychiatry

Dr. Sara Polley is triple board-certified in adult psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, and addiction medicine. She practices in the state of Minnesota and serves as a director for Ellie Mental Health while providing clinic-based psychiatric and addiction treatment services for all ages. She is a medical director for Horowitz Health, an Associate Professor for the University of Minnesota with a special intersest in introducing medical students to the field of addiction medicine, and a pediatric addiction consultant for the Minnesota Psychiatric Assistance Line. She is an appointed member of the Minnesota Cannabis Advisory Council representing the prevention and treatment of substance use disorders as the state refines their policies pertaining to medical and adult recreational use of cannabis products.
