Emily Skogrand, PharmD, BSPC, Clinical Pharmacist at Oregon Health and Science University who works to optimize inpatient care, reduce stigma and develop clinical tools to advance care for patients with substance use disorders. She works with hospital systems throughout Oregon to encourage order set and policy creation as well as practioner education to promote comfort with medications for opioid use disorder.
