Jeremiah Fairbanks, DO is an addiction medicine and family medicine physician through Allina health. He completed his family medicine residency through the University of Minnesota followed by an addiction medicine fellowship through the University of Minnesota. He is passionate about working with primary care providers and residents in management of substance use disorders as well as community based efforts to help those struggling with substance use disorders.
