Dr Jiang LONG, an MD/Ph.D. in Psychiatry and Mental Health, is a psychiatrist researcher and chief coordinator in charge of WHOcc affairs and international collaborations at Shanghai Mental Health Center, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine (WHOcc). Dr Long conducted international research on addiction medicine at Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium) and Yale School of Medicine (USA). He served as a full-time consultant at the headquarters of the World Health Organization in Switzerland (WHO-HQs). He has been a board member of the International Society of Addiction Medicine (ISAM), the chair of the ISAM-NExT committee, and a member of the WHO Technical Working Group on the Development of International Diagnostic and Screening Instruments for Gaming Disorder. He also holds board memberships in several committees at the China Association of Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment (CADAPT).
